'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria started with a humble vision: to serve true Neapolitan pizza in Torino. Established by the Romano family in 1985, our pizza shop was a quaint, family-led venture, originating from family recipes passed for generations.
Marco Romano, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza during her time in Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. Back in the UK, she was determined to offer the genuine taste of Italian pizza, embracing traditional methods and premium ingredients.
From an initial 12-seat eatery, we have expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, however our pledge to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to practice the same age-old wood oven baking techniques, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and choose the top-tier ingredients available.
Now, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria is still family-managed, with the Romano family's second generation at the helm of our dedicated crew. Although we've adopted some contemporary enhancements, the essence of our establishment endures: producing delectable, genuine pizzas that connect people.
